Summary Description

The Works are the Construction and Completion of the following: –

(a)  One block of nine (9) storey main women and children hospital building complete with two (2) levels of basements (approximately 36,200 m2)

(b)  The associated external works and services comprise the following: –

1. Siteworks, turfing and landscaping
2. Roads and carparks
3. Stormwater drains and culverts
4. Ancillary building
5. External Water Supply
6. Foul Drainage
7. Children playground
8. Signs and Lettering
9. Covered walkways and OT link bridge
10. Mechanical and Electrical Installations

Generally the buildings have a reinforced concrete contiguous bored piles external walls to basements, reinforced concrete and steel frame on reinforced concrete bored piles with steel roof sheeting on metal trusses and reinforced concrete roof slabs, reinforced concrete and brick internal and external walls, timber and aluminium internal doors, aluminium windows,curtain walls, louvres and partitions;  vinyl flooring, carpet, tiles or cement and sand screed floor finishes; aluminium composite panels, tiles or plaster and paint wall finishes; metal, mineral fibre board or plaster and paint ceiling finishes.
