Summary Description

The Works for this Tender comprise of the construction and completion of one block nine (9) storey apartments building including one (1) carpark floor, one (1) offices & common area floor, five (5) storey accommodating 20 units apartments, one (1) fitness gym & children play area floor and one (1) swimming pool floor with approximately 5,800 m2 building floor area. The associated external works and services are as listed below but not limited to: –

1. Turfing and landscaping;
2. Road and carparks;
3. Stormwater drains and culverts;
4. Ancillary buildings;
5. External water supply;
6. Foul drains;
7. Signs and lettering; and
8. Mechanical and electrical installations
