In conjunction with the Holy month of Ramadan 1445H, this year the UGC CSR Team organized the distribution of Iftar sets to 36 selected mosques in the Brunei Muara districts. The purpose of this initiative was to contribute to community welfare and support local religious institutions in observing the holy month.
Utamacon group held its annual Tahlil and Doa Arwah ceremony to observe the beginning of the Ramadhan month for the year 2024/1445 Hijrah. The ceremony took place separately, with the BSB office hosting the event on Thursday, 7 March 2024 and the KB office on Friday, 8 March 2024.
In conjunction with the arrival of the new year 2024, the Utamacon Group of Companies recently held Doa Selamat ceremonies at both its main office in Bandar Seri Begawan on 6 January 2024, and its branch office in Kuala Belait on 12 January 2024. This annual event aims to seek blessings for the upcoming year and reflect on the achievements of year 2023.
Utamacon Group has achieved another significant milestone with the official opening of its sister company, Utamatech (B) Sdn Bhd. This new addition to the group’s portfolio marks an exciting venture into the realm of IT and smart system solutions. The grand opening took place on Friday, 9 June 2023, at Utamatech’s premises located at the Airport Mall in Berakas.
The Utamacon Group celebrated their Hari Raya Aidilfitri on Saturday, 13 May 2023 at Santai Ceria Café in Jerudong. The event brought together nearly 70 UGC staff members in a vibrant celebration. The event was filled with exciting activities, including fun group activities, captivating singing and dancing performances, and lucky draws. It marked as a significant occasion where colleagues could gather and rejoice in the festive spirit after completing the Ramadan fasting period.
In honor of the Holy month of Ramadan 1444H, the UGC CSR Team carried out a community service project to distribute essential food items and cash donations to selected less fortunate families in Brunei Muara, Tutong and Belait districts who had been identified as families in dire need of assistance.
The Utamcon Group CSR Team participated in the Projeck Peduli Kasih donation drive, organized by the Biro Kemasyarakatan Persatuan Ibu Bapa & Guru (PIBG) of SMPAP Hjh. Rashidah Saadatul Bolkiah, Lumut. The donation drive was held in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
On 16 March 2023, Utamacon Group held its Recital of Tahlil and Do’a Arwah event at the BSB office to mark the coming of the holy month of Ramadan 1444H.

Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd and its group, Utamacon Management Services (B) Sdn Bhd and Utamacon Management Services, had organized Funday for year 2022 on 14 Jan 2023. This was the 3rd time a similar event was organized and was participated by almost all of the group’s staff.
On 4 Jan 2023, Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd organized a doa selamat event at its BSB office to mark the coming of new year 2023. Similar event was also held on the following day at its KB office. This is one of the most significant events and is held annually.
