ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

Local or Permanent Resident preferred. Non-local applicants can be considered subject to authority’s approval.
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, quality surveying or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in construction and related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in computer applications.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Must have own transport and valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, quality and budget.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources.
Encore compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
Reporting to Senior/Lead Project Manager.
