PROJECT EXECUTIVE / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

Local or Permanent Resident. Non-local applicants can be considered subject to authority’s approval.
Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction and related field.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Professional registration (graduate or corporate membership) with a recognized body is preferred.
Must have own transport and valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantitates or projects.
Manage and control project finances, including cost forecasting and reporting.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations and claims.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Reporting to Senior/Lead Quantity Surveyor.
