Project involved engineering, planning, procuring, project managing of the new LPG Bottling Plant for Brunei Energy Services & Trading Sdn Bhd. The scope of works as follows:-

 

A. Package A – Engineering Package

    1. Basis for Design (BFD)
    2. Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

 

Under Package A scope, to prepare and submit Basis for Design (BfD) upon liaising with various departments, stakeholders, Authorities, etc. and also to prepare the Front End Engineering Design (FEED).

 

B. Package B – Project Management Consultant including planning, progress monitoring, reporting and managing

 

The Scope of work for Package B involves Project Management Consultancy Services.

Scope encompasses:-

  1. managing the Basis for Design and Feed deliverables from Package A Team including reviewing the deliverables for contract compliance from a PMC perspective;
  2. development of an overall contracting strategy;
  3. procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer for LPG Plant Equipment Selection
  4. developing a project execution plan, conducting constructability and risk assessment in collaboration with other stakeholders and third-parties;
  5. development of a detailed cost estimate basis with methodology as part of FEED phase;
  6. development of project schedule/programme at FEED phase
  7. procurement of EPCIC Contractor
  8. EPCIC Implementation i.e., post-award management including contracts management, progress monitoring and reporting;
