Consultant Roles & Responsibilities
- Compilation of Contract Documents for execution between Client and the Facilities Management Contractor
- Assist Client in the FMS requirement analysis process and the implementation of FMS
- Recommendation on the breakdown of fixed lump sum costs on planned maintenance works for payment purposes and for inssuance of Work Orders by the Facility Manager
- Verification of Annual Budgets submitted by Facilities Management Contractor and recommend to Client for approval
- Verification of revisions to allocated budgets in the form of budget re-allocations and recommend to Client for approval
- Recommend monthly Cap Value limits for Planned Maintenance Works
- Verification of Work Request Preliminaries Cost of Work Orders which includes Corrective Works, New Works, New Works, etc. Initial Cost Verification also includes Consultant conducting site visits
- Verification of Final Cost of Work Orders which includes Work Orders for Planned Maintenance Works, Corrective Works, New Works, etc. Final Cost Verification also involves Consultant doing final measurement and attaching the dimension sheets containing measurements to substantiate the cost verification
- Verification of Initial Payment Claim including verification of adjustment related to liquidated damages and extensions of time imposed/granted by Client on Facilities Management Contractor
- Verification of Final Payment Claim (Release of Retention Fund) including verification of adjustment related to liquidated damages and extensions of time imposed/granted by Client on Facilities Management Contractor
- Attend monthly liaison meetings
