Recently, Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd had the privilege of participating in the informative forum titled “Know Your Rights,” organized by the Authority for Building Control and Construction Industry (ABCI), under the Ministry of Development. Held from October 30 to November 2, 2024, at Dewan Munawwarah, Setia Point, Kg. Jaya Setia, this event was part of BINA Brunei 2024—a significant construction exhibition aimed at promoting industry growth and best practices.

On November 1, 2024, Tuan Sr. Mohd. Shafie, Managing Director and General Manager of Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd, was invited to share his expertise as a panelist. His talk, titled “Construction Procurement, Contracts and Cost: A Basic Understanding,” delved into the essential aspects of construction processes that stakeholders must grasp to succeed in the industry. The session attracted around 60 attendees, all eager to learn more about navigating the complexities of construction.
