What We Found
On 4 May 2024, the UGC group celebrated its annual Aidilfitri celebration at The Jupiter Banquet Hall in The StarLodge Hotel, Jerudong. Some 110 people attended the event, which also saw the participation not only from the group’s staff but also from the staff of associated companies. It was an opportunity for both management and employees to meet in a festive atmosphere.
Utamacon group held its annual Tahlil and Doa Arwah ceremony to observe the beginning of the Ramadhan month for the year 2024/1445 Hijrah. The ceremony took place separately, with the BSB office hosting the event on Thursday, 7 March 2024 and the KB office on Friday, 8 March 2024.
In conjunction with the arrival of the new year 2024, the Utamacon Group of Companies recently held Doa Selamat ceremonies at both its main office in Bandar Seri Begawan on 6 January 2024, and its branch office in Kuala Belait on 12 January 2024. This annual event aims to seek blessings for the upcoming year and reflect on the achievements of year 2023.
The Utamacon Group celebrated their Hari Raya Aidilfitri on Saturday, 13 May 2023 at Santai Ceria Café in Jerudong. The event brought together nearly 70 UGC staff members in a vibrant celebration. The event was filled with exciting activities, including fun group activities, captivating singing and dancing performances, and lucky draws. It marked as a significant occasion where colleagues could gather and rejoice in the festive spirit after completing the Ramadan fasting period.
On 16 March 2023, Utamacon Group held its Recital of Tahlil and Do’a Arwah event at the BSB office to mark the coming of the holy month of Ramadan 1444H.
On 4 Jan 2023, Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd organized a doa selamat event at its BSB office to mark the coming of new year 2023. Similar event was also held on the following day at its KB office. This is one of the most significant events and is held annually.
