Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015 at UBSB BSB Office

UBSB recently hosted a successful two-day Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015 at our BSB office from 12th to 13th August 2024. The training was attended by 18 participants and was facilitated by Ms. Nancy Chan of MN Quality Training & Management Services, based in Kuching, Sarawak.

The training was designed to equip UBSB’s Internal Auditors with a comprehensive understanding of the quality auditing process. The program included both theoretical instruction and practical exercises, ensuring participants gained hands-on experience in auditing techniques and procedures.

Throughout the sessions, participants actively engaged in discussions and exercises, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing their auditing skills. This training marks a significant step forward in UBSB’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality management.
